THE HOUSE Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and an open living space with a large stone gas fireplace and a 65" TV. The updated kitchen has granite counters, bar seating for 4, a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. The dining table seats 6 and opens onto the screened porch. BEDROOMS & BATHS Two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) - the primary suite has its own bath and opens onto the porch - plus a bonus bunk room (twin-over-queen bunk + twin) that doubles as a kids' play area with games and puzzles. 2 full baths. OUTDOORS A screened porch runs the length of the house with outdoor dining and cushioned seating, with a private hot tub just below. Out back: a stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a mossy acre of rhododendrons and a small pond. PARKING & ARRIVAL Level driveway for 2 cars plus a gravel spot for a third - please don't park on the narrow road. Detailed directions are sent before your arrival.

HOUSE RULES - Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Late check-out is $50 per hour. - No pets and no smoking ($500 fee if either rule is broken). - A guest notebook in the entryway covers the hot tub, appliances and electronics.
